Hello, everyone! I’m Xinyi Lan, though our beloved children and parents often affectionately call me Lannie. I am currently a dedicated member of the Preschool Program, serving as a Registered Early Childhood Educator (RECE) in Ontario. I completed my education journey at Algonquin College in August 2019.
I consider myself a friendly and approachable individual who truly enjoys spending time with children. To me, being an educator means more than just teaching; it involves forming a bond of trust with the children in my care. My passion runs deep for understanding their interests and needs, allowing me to craft personalized curricula and programs that foster their growth. I derive great joy from inspiring children to explore new horizons and witnessing their remarkable progress and achievements. My unwavering belief in creating a nurturing environment where they can thrive and reach their full potential forms the cornerstone of my approach.
